From several meetings, venue visits, selecting suppliers, a timeline will be drawn up to ensure that you can sit back and be reassured that all will run smoothly on the day.

One Five Events will organize and manage various events like conferences, product launches, seminars, social events, press conferences, yearend functions etc. Whether an intimate Birthday Celebration or Corporate Event we will assist you in creating a celestial moment in time.
Familiarize the brief of the function and clients’ needs | Communication via email and WhatsApp
Establish budget from client and prepare a payment schedule if needed. Obtain Clients approval
Source reputable Service Providers | Manage negotiations and review contracts | Establish a timeline for activities of Event
Mood board conceptualizing | Serve as the contact person for all Suppliers enquiries | Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations etc
On the day attendance to ensure scheduled vendors arrive on time, that technical equipment has been tested and other details that ensure the event runs smoothly | Monitor event and ensure client remains satisfied | Ensure handover
