Delivery & Collection
OneFive will ensure that the items are deliverd to your venue and fetches them afterwards. We deliver on the day of the function and collect the following day before 12h00.
If you wish to collect the items, prior arrangemnets should be made.
How long may I keep the hire goods for?
We’re aware that function days can be busy or stressful. For this reason, we offer clients 1 day-before delivery day and collection 1 day after the event, totaling 3 days. We only charge for the 1 event day.
Payment
All payments should be done via EFT. Banking details will be on the invoice.
